天然精油清爽醒神走珠碌碌 Natural essential oils refreshing roll-on

配方供參考:
10ml 蘆薈凝膠
10ml 薄荷花水
2滴 薄荷精油
1滴 薰衣草精油
1滴 迷迭香精油

做法:
先將蘆薈凝膠混合精油、再加入花水混合倒入走珠碌碌樽即成。

使用方法:
舟車勞頓頭暈不適時可少量塗搽於人中，太陽穴，頸背位置

小貼士:
1.大家可以因應個人喜好加減花水/蘆薈凝膠，調節成品稀杰度

20ml aloe vera gel
20ml peppermint floral water
2 Drops peppermint oil
1 Drops Lavender oil
1 Drops rosemary oil

practice:
First mix the aloe vera gel with essential oils, then add the flower water and mix it into a roll-on bottle.

Instructions:
If you feel dizzy and uncomfortable, you can apply a small amount under the nose, back of the neck.

1. You can add or subtract floral water/aloe gel according to your personal preference to adjust the dilution of the finished product
